The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust, in Shropshire, is one of the World’s leading independent Museums caring for many outstanding collections of national importance. Applications are invited for the following positions:
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER
Permanent - Full Time £18,500 per annum
As Team Leader you responsible for leading the site presentation team, to execute the tasks assigned to you by your Supervisor or Manager across all Museum sites in order to achieve grounds maintenance services safely to exceed visitor expectations. The post holder will undertake the day to day practical and technical management and development of the Museum’s outdoor areas including equipment maintenance, tree safety, horticulture, habitat management, ecological monitoring and visitor experience as well as supervise staff and volunteers on projects.
