Job Description

Are you an up-and-coming Project Assistant? Do you have meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task? Do you enjoy seeing a project through from inception to completion? If so, this role could be for you. As Assistant Project Manager you will aid in the running of the project management department taking responsibility for maintaining constructive relationships with a range of internal and external departments. Participating in relevant internal and external working groups, projects, services and initiatives to provide, information, analytical advice and expertise. The development and implementation of data collection to provide accurate and timely data will be essential in this role. Benefits:

  • 23-days holiday including 3 for Christmas shutdown

Duties:

  • Assisting in the management of Key Accounts
  • Assisting in overseeing a range of projects with different companies
  • Building relationships and liaising with customers
  • Liaising with procurement to ensure required stock levels
  • Liaising with engineers to establish work schedules, including sub-contractors
  • Liaising with after-care engineers to arrange repair visits
  • Liaising with technical and finance departments
  • Preparing kits when required
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Offering technical support when necessary
  • Commissioning vehicles as required
  • Providing feedback to customers
  • Assisting with the retrieval of footage from DVR's when required

Experience/Skills required

  • Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
  • Ability to act and operate independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
