IntraHealth are recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse to help deliver our vision of high quality medical services for our Bilston Medical Practice and Pennfield Medical Practice inWolverhampton.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of primary care, chronic disease management and be willing to play a leading role in the development of patient centred services. You will be an enthusiastic, committed health care professional who will be expected to work as part of the practice team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
