New Reflexions are a childcare organisation providing an integrated service to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives; resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention. Due to ongoing growth we are currently recruiting Service Managers to join our expanding team.
We are looking for conscientious individuals with the relevant care qualifications, skills and knowledge to manage and support our care management team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with a minimum of 2 years registered manager experience. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a small team and possess good verbal and written skills, together with the flexible attitude necessary in this demanding environment.
You will be joining a provider whose homes are rated 'outstanding' and 'good' by Ofsted. You will therefore be passionate about working within the care sector and delivering high quality care services
