As a Customer Services Advisor within our small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business by ensuring our customers receive a first class service. This is a multi-disciplined role handling a wide range of personal and commercial policies providing new business quotations, handling policy changes, claims, renewal reviews and providing customers with the necessary service and advice. This postion has a strong service bias but there will be some new business activity. The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish being part of a small, but ambitious team. Full training in a friendly and supportive environment, will be provided.
