Administration Assistant / Accounts Clerk required on a part/fulltime basis for a busy office and distribution warehouse in WELLINGTON, Telford, Shropshire.

SALARY: Basic Negotiable

WORKING HOURS: Flexible to be worked over five days (Monday to Friday)

JOB OVERVIEW: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Accounts Clerk that has experience using SAGE Accounting Software. You should be a good all-rounder, who can demonstrate a hardworking attitude and willingness to work extra hours as required

DUTIES: As the Administration Assistant / Accounts Clerk your responsibilities will include: Processing sales orders, purchase orders, preparing delivery notes and invoices on a daily basis Enter purchase and sales invoice data onto Sage Accounts Maintain accounts records and systems Undertaking general clerical duties such as taking telephone calls, filing etc.


- Relevant experience of general finance duties (essential)

- Experience within Sage Accounts (essential)

- Good analytical and organisation skills (essential)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)

- Good all-round IT skills including MS Office suite (essential)
