TeamSupport are currently recruiting a Head of Development for a large organisation based in the Midlands. This is a permanent role and represents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. Our client is offering a competitive salary and relocation package.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the Development Team in service delivery with overall programme management responsibility for the organisations development and pipeline programme, ensuring the delivery of the programme is achieved within funding timeframes and budgetary constraints.

You will be tasked with managing, leading and inspiring the Development Team to achieve challenging growth targets and deliver customer excellence. You will be responsible for managing the new scheme pipeline programme and development delivery ensuring delivery is achieved within development growth strategy targets, external funding timeframes and budget constraints. You will be required to provide leadership to the Development Team by ensuring that the team deliver the group’s growth targets by identifying and working to contract land acquisitions and new business opportunities.

To be considered for the role you must have a degree in a relevant subject area, or qualified by experience. Have relevant experience operating at a similar senior management level and a minimum of two year’s demonstrable experience of managing a team is essential. You must have the ability to drive others to achieve targets and deadlines through successful leadership whilst supporting a collaborative approach within a team environment. A minimum of 2 years project managing and/or developing new business development opportunities in a property related development field.
