This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fun and challenging environment to gain the skills, knowledge and experience you need to kick start a career in hospitality.Daily duties will include:• Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment• Working effectively as part of a hospitality team• Serve food at the table• Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation• Serve alcoholic and soft drinks• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions• Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws• Be involved and contribute at all team meetings• Carry out instructions as given by management and head officeIn line with standard working hours within the industry this vacancy is less than 30 hours per week. The overall duration of the apprenticeship is therefore extended accordingly. Number of Positions Available :1 Working Week :25-30 hours per week incl. Things to consider :With effect from October 1st 2016 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour this applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
