An exciting varied Legal PA role within the Employment division with an element of client management.

Your new company
Your leading large law firm have a national presence and specialise in Social Housing and Social Care. The firm prides themselves on being a friendly. approachable and personable.

Your new role
Your new role will be to provide support within the Employment team to the Partner and Lawyer you report to in order to provide first class service to their clients. The non-fee earning tasks that you will be responsible for will include the classic PA role duties such as arranging meetings, diary management and document production. You will also be responsible for ad hoc and general administrative duties as and when required. To give you some variety in your role you will also be responsible for helping your line manager with their billings and credit control processes. Further to this and to use your personality and communication skills, you will also asked to assist in Business Development and the general client management processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have an interest or a willingness to be a key part of the business development aspect of this role alongside having exceptional and proven experience as a PA. With the nature of the heavy document production, it is imperative you have at least 70 words per minute typing speed and advanced knowledge of the MS package. Experience of working to tight deadlines, having a can-do attitude and being accustomed to working in a corporate atmosphere are all things that will stand you in good stead. You must have experience working with Employment as well.
