AdministratorRef: req37867 Position: AdministratorLocation: Coventry Grade: RCS PContract Type: Permanent (Part-Time) Closing Date for Applications: 24th March 2017 As a Administrator You will be responsible for ensuring that you carry out administrative tasks and procurement activities for the Aftermarket business.Ensure a high level of integrity and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with all colleagues and Operational Management. Key Responsibilities in this role will include: Procurement card purchases, ensuring payments to suppliers are prompt and accurateRaise and receipt purchase orders and ensure approvals are obtained in a timely mannerMatch CFX invoices to subcontracted loads, ensuring prompt payment to suppliersCollate payroll information on a weekly/monthly basis from Operations TeamValidate the payroll information and raise/resolve any queries with Operations TeamUpdate TRS spread sheet ready for final Finance validation before uploadMaintain stationery / staff uniform supplies for the siteOracle housekeeping - run reports and minimise internal compliance chargesManage supplier relationships and ensure compliance to DSC Procurement policyCompletion of the Operational databases where applicableCarry out any adhoc activities as and when requiredKey skills and experience in this role will include: Experience of DHL Supply Chain and Logistics preferableExperience in an office environmentGood interpersonal and communications skillsGood MS Office skills and the ability to meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of Oracle R12 FinancialsWhat will you get in return?
