Do you have a passion for providing accurate administration services? Are you confident on the phone, full of energy, enthusiastic and keen to help people with queries? If so HSBC are looking for a number of Customer Administrators to join the team based in central Birmingham. Start date: 26th April for a duration of 3 to 12 monthsHours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, between 8am and 6pmLocation: HSBC, 120 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2QZIn this role you will be providing administration and telephony support across a number of HSBC teams. Key duties will include:• Providing an accurate and timely resolution to all incoming requests, resolution of queries will be in both written and telephone responses• Handling and processing of payment, chargebacks and Fraud refunds • Setting up Direct Debit, Cheque payments & BACS payments in line with compliance requirements• Liaising with other internal departments in order to provide timely responses to payment, Chargebacks, Fraud and customers account related enquiriesThis role will suit you if you can demonstrate the following:• Excellent communication skills.• Strong administration skills• Ability to work to deadlines.• Strong computer skills including Microsoft packages.• Experience within a financial setting would be advantageous but not essential*Please note* As the role is working in the financial services sector, all offers are subject to five years satisfactory references, credit, ID and criminal record checks.Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
