We are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Partner Manager to support the Business Partner Manager as a key point of contact to a business unit for all IT services.

The role will develop relationships with both the BSM's, senior GIT team leads, and technical experts, along with key business stakeholders on cross functional topics to ensure efficiency both within and outside of the team.

You will assist key business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement through the application and adoption of technology solutions inline with the the GIT strategy.

Your role wll help to install knowledge and educate the business units' on IT policies and procedures. They will ensure a close working proximity to the business, managing the expectations of stakeholders and providing a high level of customer service.

Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

* Deputising for the BPM as a keypoint of contact between the IT function and key stakeholders in the business
* Helping to drive continuous improvement through technology solutions
* Understanding problems and identify solutions
* Supporting the business unit in their day-to-day relation with the IT organisation.
* Review and re-align IT resource with business requirements,
* Conducting regular service reviews and provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
* Promoting and driving the convergence of business processes and solution platforms
* Contribute to the definition and ongoing update of global platform standards to ensure those meet or exceed business unit expectations
* Providing solution design and managing the realisation of end to end solutions for the business unit through the IT delivery teams.
* Contribute to the alignment of the IT service delivery with the business strategy and drive the business to utilize competitive advantages through technology enabled processes for the logistics execution and supply chain domain, formalized in the annual IT roadmap.
