Kelly Services is recruiting on behalf of a family-run, high-end organisation for an experienced Recruitment Advisor.

Commutable from the likes of Cheltenham, Evesham, Tewkesbury and Worcester, this is a permanent position and will suit a dynamic and fast-paced individual. The ideal candidate for this job will be coming from HR or Recruitment background preferably gained within a high volume recruitment environment, e.g. the hospitality / retail sector.

The role is based within a beautiful, scenic location, and has the capability to look after the recruitment of a variety of positions, becoming involved with multiple stakeholders. You will be managing the process as you see fit, making improvements where necessary, and finding new and creative ways to source candidates.

Please note that Part-Time working and flexibility in hours may be available for the right candidate, such as 4 days per week, or 1 day per week home working.

This may suit someone who has worked within positions such as HR Generalist, HR Advisor, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Recruitment Manager, HR Assistant, HR Co-ordinator if you have some recruitment experience.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Advisor:

- Working closely with managers to understand their recruitment requirements
- Writing Job Descriptions and advertisements
- Administering the full recruitment process
- Directly sourcing candidates using a 360 recruitment process from advertising through to onboarding
- Sifting and screening applicants
- Organising interviews and assessment centres
- Utilising social media and identifying new creative ways for recruitment
- Providing advice on succession planning and promotions
- Managing the relationship with external agencies and managing the company`s PSL
- Measuring the outcomes of any recruitment initiatives
- Providing regular recruitment reports
- Working with the wider HR team on any relevant HR projects including recruitment, selection, resourcing, talent planning and training initiatives

Personal profile of the Recruitment Advisor:

- Hospitality/ other fast-paced industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan a busy workload
- Results oriented
- Ability to understand line manager requirements and advise accordingly in order to ensure the best talent is attracted to the business
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of employment law in recruitment and selection
