Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

The Company:

Our client isa multi-disciplined industrial services provider operating in over 30 countries around the world, have revenues in excess of $3bn and employ a team of over 22,000.

In the UK & Europe, they have specialised teams providing complete on and offshore multi-disciplined industrial services including; insulation; scaffolding, encapsulation & rope access; painting & coating; heat treatment and other speciality mechanical solutions to some of the world`s largest oil & gas producers, chemical companies and power generators.

A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to work within their busy HR Department.

The HR Administrator Role:

The main purpose of this HR Administrator role is to provide an effective central administration service for all employees.

As a HR Administrator, you will be the key point of contact for all areas of the business, and will work closely with the Business Managers and HR Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR processes such as: starters, leavers, employment changes, vetting & references for all employees and associated paperwork ensuring correct procedures are followed

- Process data & related forms ensuring accuracy of completion

- Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment, starter packs, letters (including mail merges) & HR related correspondence

- Update the Oracle HR database

- Liaise with the payroll department on a regular basis regarding payroll changes

- Run reports and provide statistical data

- Manage both internal & external queries from employees and managers via email and telephone & action accordingly

- Provide information and guidance on the implementation of HR administration processes to all employees

- Assisting in ad hoc projects & requests

The Ideal Candidate:

- Accurate, methodical with excellent attention to detail, as well as being conscientious, confidential & discreet

- Customer focused by being approachable and helpful

- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines, but who is equally happy to do repetitive work/tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

- An effective and experienced HR Administrator who seeks responsibility and ownership

- Experienced in using E-mail, Word and Excel with experience or the ability to learn Oracle

- Experienced in working in a HR Department, with knowledge of HR and payroll processes would be an advantage
