A high-growth business based in Staffordshire is looking for an ambitious, driven and commercial individual for a current Foodservice Telesales Manager opportunity in their head office. Whilst leading the Sales department and fulfilling duties, you will be responsible for the increase of business development and account management within the high growth areas and managing the performance of the team. You will also be expected to report to the senior stakeholders of the business regularly.

The ideal candidate will be;

* Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

* Developing relationships with clients

* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

* Representing the business and networking

* Maximising new business development opportunities

* Overseeing a sales team
