A 1st Line Support Analyst is required to join an ever expanding team and business who support a company that will turn over GBP1Billion this year.

The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will be supporting circa 1600 fixed and mobile users across in excess of 100 sites within the UK and Ireland.

The role will offer an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who has good experience of troubleshooting and a knowledge of Citrix is essential. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to work with Windows 7, Active Directory, Outlook, Android, Blackberry and Apple devices. This is a fast paced moving environment and we are really looking for someone who has some experience of a busy, high volume of calls type environment.

Essential skills and experience for role of 1st Line Support Analyst include;

- Some commercial IT / IS Helpdesk experience

- Proven customer service skills

- Knowledge of MS Windows 7 Desktop

- Active Directory knowledge

- Knowledge of ITIL

- Citrix

- Exchange

- A great attitude and willingness to learn.

Critically we are looking for positive person with a can do attitude who are looking to progress from a 1st Line Support role into a role that will offer a wide technology base and the daily opportunity to operate at a 2nd line level. This particular organisation is 99% phone based and ideally would like someone with great customer service skills. There is also a career route into more technical and managerial roles within the Organisation.

The successful 1st Line Support Analyst can expect a salary of between GBP17,000 + GBP19,000 along with Training and Development.
