1st Line Support - Active Directory, Exchange, Call Logging. Windows 7 / 8 / 10, Troubleshooting

My client has an urgent requirement for an IT Support contractor to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a helpdesk environment and be confident troubleshooting in a Windows environment. Customer service, an excellent telephone manner and call logging experience are essential.
