Salary: Band D/E (GBP26,297 - GBP32,666 per annum)

Permanent, Full Time - 37 hours per week

Work Pattern: Shift pattern working within the operating times of the CSC (Weekdays 8am - 8pm)

Our client is seeking an individual who will hit the ground running. Motivated and passionate you will manage and develop a team of Senior Customer Service Advisors who are responsible for the training and coaching of advisers.

Professional in your approach and with excellent customer care skills, you will demonstrate your experience through the day to day running of the Customer Service Centre. As part of the management team you will work on a rota covering shift patterns which ensures management presence during their opening times.

Their ideal candidate will be able to evidence that they have proven success at making a difference through training and coaching, resulting in improved efficiency.
