The Role:

- To provide a first class sales telephone answering service for a busy sales office
- Answering a busy Switchboard
- In excess of 400 Calls daily
- Meeting service levels and targets as set by the company
- Offering a flexible approach to further administration tasks
- To ensure that adequate supplies of all stationery, literature and provisions are kept
- Dealing with visitors as and when required
- To ensure that the Reception area is always tidy and stocked with appropriate literature and that refreshments are available.
- To ensure that all post is opened as early as possible in the mornings and correctly distribute
- Dispatch mail to customers on a daily basis
- General administration, photocopying and faxing/emailing duties

Skills and Attributes Required:

- Excellent level of customer service providing a first class sales telephone answering service
- Switchboard experience essential

Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written

- Willing to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the job
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Fully proficient in Microsoft applications including Office, Excel and Word 2010

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
