A forward-thinking company that has more than 20 years` experience of trading in the UK investment markets is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager based in Malvern, Worcestershire to join its expanding Sales team.

Our client structures investments using IHT, EIS and SEIS tax reliefs which the government provides and the underlying asset classes are property, renewable energy, media, infrastructure and music.

Throughout this evolution, our client has grown in partnership with its clients and its professional advisors, and now has more than GBP500 million of assets under administration and management.



As an Internal Business Development Manager, your duties will be to:



- Take responsibility for building new and developing existing IFA relationships throughout the UK.
- Promote a unique range of tax efficient products and answer technical queries from Advisors.
- Increase the use and distribution of our client`s products by supporting Regional Business Development Managers.
- Enhance service levels to your IFA client base and create opportunities to attract new business.
- Maintain accurate records of activity on the contact management system.



As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will possess the following skills and experiences:

- Self-motivated with the ability to generate the activity necessary to reach agreed sales targets.
- A knowledge of the tax advantages and implications of IHT,EIS and SEIS financial planning with a working knowledge of recent changes to regulation
- An ability to assist advisers in calculating potential tax reliefs for clients.

- Familiar with the IFA and Wealth Management sales distribution marketplace.
- The ability to demonstrate an understanding of a telephony sales process.
- Ability to create sales concepts to help develop relationships with Advisors.
- Will understand the true meaning of customer service, showing honesty and integrity in your style.
- Demonstrate an ability to be able to work closely with all members of the Sales Team.
- Capable of using databases and CRM systems.
- Hold Level 4 Diploma or have made progress towards completing this qualification.
