We are looking for a professional Receptionist / PA for a highly reputable financial company in Colton, Leeds. This is an exciting time to join this growing business in a varied administrative role, providing support to the Managing Director and the rest of the team. The role requires previous similar experience, exceptional communication skills and a strong team ethic.

- Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum dependent on experience
- The company is open to this position being either Full-time or Part-time
- Part-time hours can either be full days or part days
- 25 days holiday and company pension scheme


- First point of contact for all telephone calls, taking and relaying messages
- Meeting and greeting visitor courteously, ensuring that refreshments are offered
- Using a range of office software - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM (Salesforce)
- Managing effective filing systems and ensuring that items can easily be retrieved
- Maintaining the condition of the office, arranging for necessary cleaning and repairs
- Sourcing and managing supplier relationships including and not limited to office equipment, stationery, IT, telephones
- Diary management and organising appointments on behalf of the Managing Director
- Attending senior management meetings, taking minutes and typing up of minutes
- Organising travel and accommodation for appropriate staff
- Assisting with the arrangements for events including exhibitions and masterclasses
- Typing and completing correspondence, reports and any other documentation
- Basic accounting and financial duties including collating company expense receipts
- Sorting and distributing both incoming and outgoing mail
- Any other administrative duties as reasonably requested

Experience & Skills;

- Previous experience in Administration is essential, ideally dealing with PA duties
- Professional telephone skills and confident in dealing with business customers
- You will be highly organised and have good attention to detail
- You will be a highly effective team player and have a helpful attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Highly IT Literate with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
