You will be required to take stand-alone ownership of the purchase ledger function whilst supporting the Financial Controller directly with other ad-hoc duties allowing you to grow and develop new skills. Role OverviewAccurate and complete processing/recording of all invoicesAnalyse all cash receipts and payments; ensuring that accounting and administrative records are accurately maintainedReconcile supplier statementsEnsure that all paperwork and documentation is processed efficiently and accurately EssentialComputer literate - specifically MS ExcelGood attention to detailPrevious experience in an accounts departmentGood understanding of accounting information such as invoices, credit notes, payment methods and VAT and associated documentation.Previous experience of Purchase Ledger Candidates with knowledge of Kerridge and Automotive experience are highly desirable.
