Job Description:               Branches & Training Deputy Manager

We are a successful independent Building Society based in the heart of the West Midlands. Together with our head office in Tipton, we have 3 branches located in Coseley, Bilston and Sedgley.

We have a full time vacancy at our head office for a Branches & Training Deputy Manager. This role assists and supports the Branches & Training Manager in ensuring all of our branch and training operations operate effectively and involves developing and mentoring staff to achieve targets and objectives.

You will have a depth of experience working in a leadership/management role within a customer services/sales function of a building society, UK retail bank or financial services firm. You will be a motivational leader, with a co-operative and inspiring approach, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and successful working environment.
