Administration Manager - Wealth Management / IFA environment

Salary to c£40,000 per annum
My client is an award winning IFA, dealing with both Private and Corporate clients and due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Administration Manager.
The main function of the role is to ensure that the administration function runs smoothly and that the financial advisers are provided with a first class administrative support service.
- Managing a team of up to 10 support administrators
- Carrying out 1:1s
- Training and development
- Workflow management
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to
- Liaising with Directors
- Hands on support work where required
- Previous experience in managing a team of administrators
- Previous experience providing administrative support to financial advisers, preferably within an IFA environment
- CII qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills
