Proactive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Hixon for an Internal Sales Executive.


Responsible for existing customers. Overseeing the processing of customer orders, liaising with customers to ensure that they have access to all relevant information regarding new / existing orders. Communicating lead times, controlling drawings issues and prioritising the enquiry bank.


  • Communicate lead times of current orders to customers

  • Ensure that any queries from production are resolved with the customer.

  • Log enquiries and ensure that they are prioritised accordingly.

  • Keep regular contact with customers to ensure that we maximise the opportunity.

  • Control drawing issues and ensure that product releases are handled in a timely manner.

  • Weekly liaison with Denso to advise them of our specific packaging requirements.

  • Attend the daily production meetings and carry out any actions that are generated.

  • Relate any customer requirements to the Planning team to ensure that the order book is as current as possible.

  • Provide regular reports when required for the Daily Operations and Weekly KPI meeting.

  • Attend the Daily Operations, Contract Review, APQP and KPI meeting where required and ensure that any actions are communicated / completed.

  • Research new sales opportunities in line with the Sales budget.

  • Any other duties relevant to the role of Internal Sales.
