We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with operational experience within a retail environment to join one of our newly acquired automotive clients. You will be responsible for coming up with new and inventive ideas on how to maximise sales. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business. You will maximise the performance of the team, leading by example and setting high standards, you will enhance the offer and provide our customers with great service.

Main responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to deliver powerful client and consumer propositions in line with objectives, ensuring consistency across the brand and providing a dedicated resource to the customers experience. In doing so you will be responsible for clearly defining each element of the existing offer and new innovations including innovative compelling and differentiated features and benefits.

Ideal candidate

You will enhance the customer experience and reputation of Compass Group by effectively leading the Retail Unit Managers with overall responsibility for the catering and retail output (Café, Shops & Bar including a managed food offer) whilst ensuring performance targets in safety, sales growth & profitability achieve or exceed company standards. The main focus of this role is to increase sales and profits within the various outlets, assisting the managers to achieve this. You will have full responsibility for the marketing of the units within the defence site and work together with the unit manager to improve the sales.
