Main Purpose of the Role

In this Graduate Commercial Support role, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to customers on the very popular thermal printing machine, MARKINGenius. You will be the internal support contact for customers, advising them on particular products, tools and installation processes.

You will be provided with extensive training on the product and will eventually visit customers in their businesses to see the machinery in action.

On a typical day, you will work with the internal sales team to advise and support customers. This is not a telesales role; you will be providing support to customers, through telephone and email, who have purchased the MARKINGenius machinery. Other day-to-day tasks are likely to include:

  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Advising customers on selecting the correct product (connector) and the tools required to install that product
  • Using the SAP computer system

If you progress from this role into an external sales role, you will provide support to customers through site visits, consultative meetings and product demonstrations.

Academically, we are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or higher, having achieved CCC or equivalent at A-level.

We welcome applications from graduates who have studied business related degrees as well as information systems.

Whilst experience is not essential, customer service experience would be advantageous. We are looking for personable individuals who know how to deal with customers and handle customer problems effectively.
