Call Centre Representative
Our client has a fantastic opportunity available for a Call Centre Representative to join the team in Warwick. This is a key role within a busy and exciting department. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £15,500 per annum plus benefits.
Our client works with sport related clients to help them engage with their customers more effectively and profitably through innovative CRM, data, insight, membership, and marketing activities.
What are the responsibilities of the Call Centre Representative?
- To deliver the membership service to organisations and subscribers, providing a high quality service to clients through exceptional customer service and administration.
- Operate within the call centre to respond to all membership enquiries for allocated clients both by telephone and e-mail
- Follow up calls to members, responding to queries within agreed SLA targets
- Administer the sign up and renewal process for membership, including sending membership cards/packs when received
- Undertake the processes necessary to ensure the receipt and delivery of membership items - to include liaising with the delivery company
- Make outgoing calls for clients to prompt members when their membership requires renewal
- Administer ticketing for Stadium tours - dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries, booking the tour and sending the tickets/gift vouchers to the customer
- Ensure that the correct payment processes are adhered to for each client and that payment is chased up when required
- Undertake banking activities for each client, ensuring banking books and cheque payments to be administered correctly
