For this Teaching Assistant post, you must be an enthusiastic science graduate who can boast an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree. You must show the ability to create an encouraging, productive atmosphere and build bonds with both students and fellow members of staff.

In this Teaching Assistant - Science role you will be supporting pupils either individually, in small groups or as a class. You will work closely with the class teacher and Head of Year to take responsibility for Science intervention programmes, having your own small groups of students outside of the classroom. This school has a system where each of their TA's and LSA's are assigned a talented mentor, in this case your will by supported by an experienced and highly thought after SENCO.
