Your new role
A permanent position reporting to the Senior Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts to be completed on time and to a high degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for the Purchase Ledger, administration of all self-funded accounts and their reconciliations and other administrative duties ensuring deadlines are met in an effective and efficient manner. You will also have responsibility for credit control ensuring that delinquent debt & reporting targets are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to work on your own initiative, manage workload effectively and work under pressure. Also have the ability to deliver high quality work and identify opportunities for improvement. Making innovative contributions, constructive suggestions and embrace new ideas. Working as part of a team is essential to assist in managing high workloads at peak times. Previous experience of dealing with multi-currency would be advantageous.
