Assistant Financial Controller required for a prestigious group of businesses in North Birmingham.

As Assistant Financial Controller you will work closely with the Financial Controller, CFO and CEO as they look to continue to group the business into new markets.

To apply for this role you must a have a strong technical background as you will be expected to be up to speed with current technical standards (IFRS) and be confident in giving technical accounts advice to the business as required. You must also have a commercial acumen as this person will be providing weekly updates to the CFO on cash flow reporting and forecasts whilst looking to drive month end timetables.

Responsibilities will also include review of management accounts, control of share options, budget of head office and consolidation of group results.

To be considered for this role you must be ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally from practice with industry experience.
