My client, based in Leamington Spa is currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Debt Recovery department.
Day to day duties will include:Distributing internal correspondenceDocument Management including: scanning, photocopying, faxing and collating documents as well as preparing document bundles.File opening and closingPaper and electronic filingDealing with variety of administrative tasks such as letters/faxes/emails from customers, third parties, debt management companies.
Hours of work are shifts between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday with an 1 hour break - 37 hours per week.
Ideally you will have some previous administration experience as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a methodical way. You should be highly organised and an interest in the legal sector would be beneficial.
