Quality and Compliance Assistant
My client, based in Leamington Spa is currently looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Assistant to join their Debt Recovery team.
Main duties of the role will be to monitor the calls, score a set number of calls, perform account reviews on agents, provide feedback to Team Leaders and work with them to address quality and under performance issues, conduct Conflict checks within the collections department, liaise with Clients for reporting, respond to firm wide queries on compliance issues on anti-money laundering legislation and other regulatory requirements etc.
You must have previous experience around call monitoring /debt collection or other financial sector (excellent knowledge of debt collection rules and regulation is a must)
Ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive, customer focused, organised, adaptable and will be able to show initiative.
