HR & Recruitment Assistant for Luxury Brand
Our client based in Birmingham is looking to recruit an HR & Recruitment Assistant to join their busy team.
Your role will essentially be providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the HR Team. You will assist in the efficient running of the department, ensuring all calls and visitors are dealt with professionally, messages taken and forwarded appropriately and that the correct image of the department is displayed at all times.
You will process the Head Office payroll on a monthly basis and communicate with the Paycentre to resolve any pay queries. This will also entail ensuring that the HR & Payroll system is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
You will act as first point of contact for all queries and issues raised in relation to payroll, benefits and general administration and carry out all administration in relation to the Company Vehicle Scheme, including obtaining vehicle quotes, returning and moving vehicles and arranging hire cars. This will also mean arranging for Fuel cards for those entitled through the Company vehicle Scheme and maintain accurate records of card holders.
There will be a need to assist with HR reporting and also assisting the learning and development team when required. You will also complete administration in relation to recruitment, including responding to speculative CV’s, compiling vacancy lists, drafting letters and liaising with recruitment agencies. You may also be assisting with project work as requested by the HR team.
