My Telford based Client is currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing Team, this is an ongoing basis.

Lovely working environment & free parking on site.

Full time hours

General Duties

Scanning invoices
Passing invoices for payment

To undertake other duties as required by the Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

The Purchase Ledger Coordinator will be expected to carry out all tasks in the Purchase to Pay process including, but not limited to:

Responsibility for the reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements and to ensure that payments are made in accordance with agreed terms and conditions and that transactions are processed accurately.

To be responsible for processing supplier payments in a timely manner to ensure the Group complies with the appropriate payment terms and conditions.

Rsponsibility for the monthly reconciliation of the purchase ledger control account to aged creditor reports, and for the review of those reports to ensure accuracy of purchase ledger accounts and reporting.
