An established provider of social housing in the Shropshire are is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to make an immediate impact in the HR Department via administrative support and dealing with HR recruitment.

Key Duties:

? Providing administrative support to the HR department as required regarding employee records, transferring files electronically and cleansing data
? Dealing with customer queries regarding HR and either solving them or escalating them to the relevant HR Managers
? To undertake continued training/development under the supervision/mentoring of the Human Resources Team

Key Criteria:

? Experience of HR and Recruitment Administration within a a busy fast moving environment is essential
? Experience of using an HR Information System is essential
? Experience within the public sector, especially social housing, is advantageous
