Are you looking for a new permanent opportunity as a customer service advisor in Solihull, B91 2AA working in a fast paced, modern and lively contact centre environment.


Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 8.00pm
* Saturday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
* Sunday - 10.00am to 4.00pm

The Role:
As the voice of the business you will be a really strong communicator, providing customer solutions on a first time resolution basis and ensuring ownership of every call. The calls range from usual day to day queries such as change of address right through to balance queries whereby you will need to be an effective problem solver and calculate any payments on customer balances for their credit cards, loans and buy-now-pay-later agreements.

Responding to customer queries via telephone, email and letters

Providing an excellent level of service to achieve customer service targets

Using a variety of software systems to ensure customer account information is correct and accurate

Ensuring your knowledge of products, services and policies are up to date

If other products are suitable for the customer, meet the customer needs by promoting features and benefits of the added value products and services which will save the customers money and time

Customer driven

Articulate, clear, concise and have the right pace and tone
Understand the importance of the customer journey
Computer literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being professional and flexible
Positive and self-motivated
Adaptable in a fast changing environment

Hours of Work:

We open 7 days a week and work 38.75 hours per week over 5 days out of 7. This will be on a shift rota basis given to you a 4 weeks in advance. Shifts cover occasional weekends, into the early evening across the following opening hours:

* Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 8.00pm
* Saturday - 08.00am to 6.00pm
* Sunday - 10.00am to 4.00pm
