Sales Progressor - Shirley - up to £19k basic plus incentives £23k package **Office Based - Monday - Friday**
Our clients area a leading award winning online Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an impressive national business. Due to increased business levels they are looking for a Sales Progressor to be based at their modern offices in Shirley.
The main purpose of the role will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within the required time-frame so you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers so strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales progression role or at least several years experience in Estate Agency. Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process is essential.
·Problem solving when they arise
·Dealing with clients over email and telephone
·Ensuring key milestones in the post sales process are hit according to the timescales stated
·You will be liaising with a range of solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate agents and reporting back to the Vendors and purchasers
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
·Estate Agency and / or Sales Progression experience
·Organised with good interpersonal skills
·Ability to prioritise own workload, work to deadlines and positively contribute to the team
·Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast pace high-volume environment
·Excellent IT skills; knowledge of MS packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
