This English Teaching Assistant role will involve you working in different functions across the schools English department. You will be assisting with the organising, planning, and preparation of lessons, learning valuable skills as you help to deliver outstanding lessons. You will be running booster groups and managing individual intervention sessions and participating in the planning of lessons. You will be monitoring the progress of each child and report your findings back to your Head of Department who will also act as your mentor.
