Bravissimo is a dynamic multi-channel retailer which provides lingerie, swimwear and clothing for women who need a D-L cup bra. We want big boobed women to feel amazing and we aim to inspire our customers to celebrate their figures and feel good about themselves.
We have 28 UK shops, most also offering our range of clothing, uniquely cut to accommodate bigger busts. In addition to our shops, the company has a well-developed ecommerce operation which accounts for 40% of the company’s £50m turnover.

We are looking for talented Customer Service Consultants to join our team based in Leamington Spa on a part time basis.
At Bravissimo, we are dedicated to doing the best for our customers. We want big boobed women to feel amazing and we aim to inspire our customers to celebrate their figures and feel good about themselves. Each of our customer services consultants is responsible for helping this to happen. Day to day the job involves answering telephones and live video chat; giving expert fitting and style advice to customers across our product ranges, which includes lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and clothing, processing orders on our computer system, dealing with customer queries and requests, and answering their emails and social media messages.
All consultants also spend time each month at our Leamington store helping customers in fittings, trying on, shop floor experience and performing general store duties. The opening hours for Customer Services are 8.30am -10.00pm Monday to Friday and 9am-7pm Saturdays and Sundays, plus Bank Holidays. Your working pattern will require full flexibility across the opening hours of the department.
The most important quality for our customer services consultants is to want to help make a real difference for our customers - you should genuinely love speaking to people and consistently go the extra mile to help others. We are looking for people who are confident in themselves and who want to work because they enjoy what they do. Previous experience of customer services or the lingerie industry is not necessary; we will give full training on our computer system and our lingerie, swimwear and clothing products. What is essential is that you are hardworking, have good attention to detail and a real enthusiasm for the role.
And finally, you don’t have to have big boobs to do this job, but it certainly helps if you do.
