We are looking for a Prospect Researcher, who will play a crucial supporting role in the Management Insights & Data Analytics team at retailTRUST. The role will be responsible for helping to deliver a prospect research strategy for the charity to ensure that new prospects are identified across our regional, corporate, trust and other key areas across the charity.
You will need to be able to develop and implement internal systems across the charity to capture and identify potential major supporters and Wellbeing clients and disseminate the information to the relevant individuals. Be able to design, set up and implement, a process for keeping knowledge on our key supporters, clients and partners up to date, accurate, legal and useful.
You will also assist in developing processes to ensure a steady flow of fully researched prospects into the Fundraising, Wellbeing and Vocational teams, supporting the development of cultivation and stewardship plans. You will maintain information on our database and be responsible for monitoring the latest developments in research resources.
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous prospect research experience, using a variety of research resources and very strong research and analytical skills. Naturally you will be familiar with databases and their use, be innovative and ready to take initiative, solve problems and think laterally.
This is a new role and offers the opportunity for the right person to develop and grow their impact at a personal and business level.
