Regional Manager - Helping Young People
£40-50k plus bonus
Birmingham 2-3 days a week and London 2-3 days a week
We are recruiting for a fantastic trust who are recruiting for this hugely important role. The organisation provide opportunities for young adults to learn important skills and development as part of training and residential courses. They are growing exceptionally quickly, are hugely impressive and extremely rewarding to work for.
We are looking to recruit a Regional Manager for the Birmingham area but will also include some commute into London at Head Office. You will be managing the contract for this trust and their programme for this respective region. You will be managing both sales and operations in this role and you must have a proven track record in both.
You will be working with the senior team to implement and manage the recruitment and implementation strategy of young people into their programme. You will be engaging with education establishments and building long term relationships with partners across these counties.
In addition you will managing the operations and training itself within your region. As such you must have experience in supply management and stakeholder management as you will managing and leading teams both internally and through suppliers. You will ideally:
- Have experience in managing teams and be driven by targets.
- Managing a contract and in turn managing supply chains.
- Be very adaptable to change
- Have experience of working with or managing teams that deliver services to young people.
- Be a strong relationship builder
- Have a genuine passion for making a difference.
You must have the ability to work flexibly and sometimes with a fast evolving structure rather than within a rigid environment that relies heavily on set direction.
The role will involve extensive travel across the region and you must have strong and clear communication skills.
