Part Time Wedding and Events Coordinator

Part Time - 20 - 30 hours per week

The Bond Company is based in Digbeth, Birmingham within a unique complex of expertly renovated buildings which combine historic Victorian architecture with high-quality modern facilities. Our canal side venue is an attractive setting for weddings, events and celebrations.

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated coordinator to manage our weddings and events on the day.

Candidates must be highly organised, confident, well presented and have excellent customer service skills.

Duties include:

Meeting with the wedding couple from booking through to final day, coordinating their wedding needs.

Running the wedding or event on the day from a brief

Ensuring that the venue has been set up correctly and is ready for guests

Liaising with internal and external caterers, suppliers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the wedding or event.

Welcoming the Bride and Groom and leading them throughout the day

Liaising with the Registrar and coordinating the logistics of the ceremony

Conducting wedding and event show-arounds

Experience Required

1 year experience in a forward customer facing role, preferably with experience in Weddings

Additional Information

Candidate must be available to work weekends and evenings, may suit a return to work candidate, Flexible, freelance basis can also be considered.
