As the Regional Trainer you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team.
You will take complete ownership of your regions commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
You will inspire and coach your team within your area to support them in their personal and career development. As a people focussed manager you will give direction and guidance to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team.

This role offers a salary of up to £23,000 + bonus + package.
