Finance and Training Administrator - Sutton Coldfield
Our client in Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruit an Administrator to add to their Finance department
Duties will be heavily finance and administrative based in a busy and fast paced environment.
This role would suit someone with previous Finance experience and able to work to deadlines accurately.
- Sourcing venues to agreed budgets
- Booking delegates onto training courses
- Sending relevant documents and information
- Maintaining and updating training records
- Ensuring finance records are accurate and up to date
- Collating finance information for quarterly reports and yearly figures
- General finance duties
- Raising and processing invoices
- Banking payments
- Chasing outstanding debts
This role requires attention to detail and someone who is able to work on their own initiative.
Finance experience is ESSENTIAL
