Our client, a leading provider in their field, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis in Worcestershire.
Your new role
You will be responsible for but not limited to: processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders, set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts, purchase summaries, business expense returns, cashbook and petty cheques and processing BACS payments and preparing cheques.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have bookkeeping experience and an aptitude for IT - good working knowledge of Excel, sage and BACS. You will have great interpersonal and communications skills, self-discipline and the ability to work to monthly deadlines
