A sales role with Coca - Cola Enterprises (CCEP) is like no other, and not just because you’ll be promoting products that are loved by millions around the globe. You will become part of a dynamic and specialised field sales team. You will be responsible for growing our business within a range of High Street National accounts delivering value and volume growth for CCEP and our customers. You will drive sales of our brands by working with your customers to deliver improved availability, display and implementation of the plans agreed by the national account teams.
What can you expect?
As a Field Sales Account executive you’ll be doing much more than just selling. You’ll be strengthening relationships, raising brand visibility, improving availability of our brands for shoppers, as well as exploring new opportunities to drive additional volume. With an account portfolio that includes leading high street retailers like Tesco Express, Co-Op, WH Smiths & Boots, you will be working with store teams to drive volume and revenue within their stores. Plus you’ll have plenty of opportunity to develop wider commercial experience, which is the lifeblood of our business.
We view frontline sales as a training ground for future leaders, so we’re passionate about your career development. If you have the aptitude and the drive, you’ll be given plenty of scope to achieve your ambitions, however big they may be.
What do we expect?
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and able to demonstrate passion for sales, and ideally you’ll have relevant experience in an FMCG environment. You’ll have a proven ability to communicate and engage with customer teams and you’ll be commercially astute, able to manage objectives and information across a range of High Street fascia’s. You will be comfortable to take ownership and accountability for your results.
