Your new role
A standalone HR Manager role responsible for providing HR support & guidance across the organisation. The role will manage all HR issues and coach managers on best practice. Responsibilities will include recruitment, performance management & employee development, HR policies & procedures and recruitment. The HR Manager will partner the Senior Management team through the development of people plans to support business objectives and will drive employee engagement and cultural change programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager who is ideally CIPD qualified. You will be professional, approachable and solutions focused.
