SECONDARY SUPPLY TEACHER JOB
Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for a KS3 or KS4 teaching job in Solihull?
I am currently working with a large secondary school in the Solihull area to recruit for several diverse and fun supply teachers to cover KS3 and KS4. This is a welcoming and passionate secondary school, where pupils are eager to learn, and staffs are supportive and dedicated to pupils reaching their full academic potential.
We would like to hear from secondary teachers in Solihull with QTS and experience teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils.
In your new secondary teaching job, you will be expected to teach a broad curriculum to KS3 and KS4 pupils. This secondary school depicts a warm and enthusiastic environment, with a beneficial balance of support and challenge; this has been reinforced by the secondary school's recent 'Good' Ofsted report. The school are passionate about preparing pupils for the transition to higher education and adulthood, and the comprehensive curriculum maximises pupils opportunities to succeed with this.
As a supply teacher, you can expect to receive a call from 7.15am - 8.30am on the days that you specify you are available. You will be asked to arrive at a school as promptly as possible so we would ask teachers to be up and ready to go if you say that you are available for work. We only ask our teachers to travel within reasonable distances and we will never ask you to fulfil a booking that you are not confident with.
To work as a supply teacher, you must be an experienced teacher who is flexible and capable of delivering pre-planned work to secondary pupils. You must have QTS and have a broad knowledge of the current KS3 or KS4 curriculum.
