At Active Assistance you will be a Personal Assistant which is what sets us aside from other care companies. We are recruiting in Lichfield for Care Assistants (Days + Nights). You will be working with one client so you will get to know them well, this helps to develop a good working relationship. With us you can put your caring nature into practice, really spending time with the client, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.
We are currently recruiting care assistants to work with a male client within his own home. You will be working as part of a team with the client, supporting him in his everyday activities. Our client has a spinal cord injury, therefore you will also be providing all aspects of personal care such as washing, dressing and safe moving & handling. Our Managers will ensure you feel competent before you are lone working. The client may want privacy and personal space at times which you will need to be mindful of. You will be able to keep yourself busy with domestic duties around the home.
Our client needs staff to be able to drive his vehicle. For this reason you must have a valid full driving licence
- Day shifts: 8am - 8pm
- Night shifts: 8pm - 8am
- Full time & Part time hours available
- Including weekend work and supporting the team by providing shift cover for holidays and sickness
- £10 - £11 per hour
- Must be flexible to work days + nights
